Our Mission
The mission of HVPT is to give children a place to learn and explore. Not only with their parent/guardian but also with their peers. Parents will be an integral part of our story because when children see them involved in their world, they become more open and confident and will step out of their comfort zone to play and explore more freely.

About Us
Hudson Valley Play Time (HVPT) is a place for children to play, learn and explore through music, movement and art. We offer multiple parent/child programs focused on physical, emotional and social development in children ages 6 months to 5 years. We currently offer two types of programs, our Parent/child classes and our PreK prep program.We have classes offer for children 6months-walkers (ladybugs), 12 months-2years (caterpillars), 2-3years (grasshoppers) and our PreK prep program is for 3-4 year olds.
Our music portion of the classes will allow the children to explore rhythms, instruments and singing of all different genres of music. The movement portion of class will allow the children to explore using both fine motor and gross motor skills. The room will be set up to climb, slide, jump, balance and explore everything in between. Art time follows circle time with an age appropriate craft to follow along with our theme. In each class environment we hope for the children to learn and play together in a small group environment.
